Title says it all. I can open the anaconda command prompt window, I have several seconds where I can type commands or just press enter a few times then it freezes solid, even the cursor stops blinking (and if I kill it the frame of the window doesn't go away). But if I wait and I check on the window 5 minutes later it works fine and I can run code. If I launch it as administrator, it does not freeze.

I searched and found lots of people having issues after running code, but I don't get that far. It just freezes before I have the chance to change directory and type the command.
