This puzzle is inspired by the What is a Word™ and What is a Phrase™ series started by JLee and their spin-off What is a Number™ series.

If a word conforms to a special rule, I call it a He shoots! He scores! word™.

Here is a list of examples:

What is the rule to tell whether a word is a He shoots! He scores! word™ or not? Why is it called a He shoots! He scores! word™?

The rule is:

When summing the values of the words in A1Z26, a 'He shoots! He scores! word™' will be a multiple of 20.

It is called this as a group of 20 is known as a 'Score'

Converting and summing:

KOALA = 11+15+1+12+1 = 40
BIRCH = 2+9+18+3+8 = 40
ORANGE = 15+18+1+14+7+5 = 60
FOUR = 6+15+21+18 = 60
NORM = 14+15+18+13 = 60
DIG = 4+9+7 = 20
CAP = 3+1+16 = 20
PEAR = 16+5+1+18 = 40
TELEPHONE = 20+5+12+5+16+8+15+14+5 = 100
TUNGSTEN = 20+21+14+7+19+20+5+14 = 120

vs

PANDA = 16+1+14+4+1 = 36
ELM = 5+12+13 = 30
YELLOW = 25+5+12+12+15+23 = 92
FIVE = 6+9+22+5 = 42
HANK = 8+1+14+11 = 34
CUT = 3+21+20 = 44
HAT = 8+1+20 = 18
APPLE = 1+16+16+12+5 = 50
SPEAKER = 19+16+5+1+11+5+18 = 75
GOLD = 7+15+12+4 = 38

And as a bonus (found be @SteveV):

'SCORE' is itself a 'He shoots! He scores! word™'!

SCORE = 19+3+15+18+5 = 60!
