On my desk, I have a Linux PC and an Android tablet. I want to share the same keyboard/mouse (wired) I use on that PC with that tablet.

What I have looked at:

  • scrcpy is not what I want: I don't want to mirror the screen on my PC;
  • DeskFlow is close to what I need and would solve my problem if it had an Android version.

Any other app I might have overlooked?

  • symless.com/synergy does not have an official Android client? Maybe an inofficial one? sourceforge.net/projects/synergyandroid Commented Oct 21 at 11:54

    Samsung phones have a built-in feature called "Multi-Control" which allows sharing mouse/keyboard with a PC (or other Samsung devices). The PC app is limited by a check to Samsung PCs, however there seem to be ways to modify the app to bypass that check. Commented Oct 21 at 12:09
  • @ThomasWeller nope, no official client for Android and that unofficial client seems very old. Commented Oct 22 at 17:09
  • @Robert I haven't tried it, but I assume that feature requires Windows, and I am using a Linux desktop PC (so definitely not a Samsung). Commented Oct 22 at 17:10
