I bought the SOLO UNI V2 motor driver but I don't understand what component "R510" is.
There are 14 above, they must be the gate drivers and mosfets, but I can't find them online

It looks like the Vishay Siliconix SiR510DP N-channel MOSFET in their "PowerPAK® SO-8 Single" package.
The stylised "S" logo (mentioned in a comment) is from Siliconix - see here for their markings guide (this is to show that the photo in the question matches the general style of markings - stylised "S", then 2 characters, then a triangle, then 4 characters on the next line - however the image from that document is for a different device with marking 7401):
