How do I fix this module error when attempting to launch MPLAB-X IPE 6.20 version?

Question

I am receiving this error when trying to launch MPLAB IPE 6.20 after downloading MPLAB IDE 6.20. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Some other post said to clear the cache folder but I haven't been able to find one applicable.

Clearing the complete cache is always a good advice, when you have aby problems with MPLABX. Close MPLABX IDE and IPE and than clear everything in:

C:\Users\your_name\AppData\Local\mplab_ide\Cache\dev\v6.20\

C:\Users\your_name\AppData\Roaming\mplab_ide\v6.20\

and

C:\Users\your_name\AppData\Local\mplab_ipe\Cache\dev\v6.20\

C:\Users\your_name\AppData\Roaming\mplab_ipe\v6.20\

This should be done before any further action is taken and can save a lot of time.
