I have never been able to determine a person's age. Aside from knowing they're a child, adult, or a mature adult (grey hair, wrinkles), I cannot determine an actual age. A 19-year old can look 40 to me, and a 60-year old can also look they are 40.

It would be absolutely wonderful and I would be eternally grateful if there was a term to describe this about myself instead of going on and on describing it.

I don't think the duplicate answers the question, which is about the OP's abilities, not the person whose age isn't generally obvious. Commented Nov 16 at 19:22

Generalizing from the term face-blind (somebody who can't recognize faces), how about age-blind? Commented Nov 16 at 20:43
  • It's an adjustment, going over the hill. I asked a man probably born after Vietnam if he was in the Korean War. I thought millennials would remember the '80s. WTH? OTOH, it could be a vision or visual discernment condition, or you could live in Hollywood. It depends on what it is, of course. Commented Nov 17 at 1:55
  • This is clearly not a duplicate of the other question. @Ahmed Commented Nov 17 at 5:54
