We can say about God that he is almighty. How can I use this adjective (almighty) when I want to say that a person is not quite but some mighty. Can I say some mighty/little mighty?

Mighty means 'large, powerful or important'. Almighty (with one 'l') means 'having absolute power'.

Mighty isn't the kind of word you would use with a modifier (rather, somewhat). Depending on what you are trying to say, you could say they were quite large or had some power.
