I was referring to this datasheet of SS8550 PNP transistor. In page 3, under "TYPICAL PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS" section, there is a graph of Base−Emitter Saturation Voltage and Collector−Emitter Saturation Voltage plotted against the Collector Current (Figure 3).

In the X-axis, the unit of current is in milliamps(mA). I can understand that. But in the Y-axis, the voltage is expressed in volts(V). Shouldn't it be in millivolts(mV). Is this an error of the datasheet or am I missing something?

Yes, it's clearly supposed to be mV. Rather sloppy of Onsemi.

Here is another supplier with the correct axis marked.
