I need to wind the wire of bldc motor according to the desired output parameters. So how to calculate the number of turns when I already have the stator and rotor dimensions? Is there a formula?

This is the 1st parameter V_bemf per turn. You could estimate ki factor, but for real you should have a test bench and redo many wirings. For example you will not know the saturation current, and real ki VS current until measured on test bench. \$\endgroup\$ Commented Feb 4 at 7:13
