Found this metal tool in my garden And not sure what is Looks hand made and is heavy

That strikes me (pun intended) as an old metalworking hackers chisel, possibly hand-make. A modern one may be seen here: https://blacksmithsdepot.com/products/cutting-tools.html/hacking-chisel.html

Looks like a hatchet or maybe a sort of cleaver from the 1800s. The right side shows that it was edged and the left side looks like it was use as a hammer or was hammered on to cut something.
