I'm trying to get into a good quality home made espresso without spending too much. Beside making espresso, I want to be able to make all the milk-based products like capuccino, cafe late etc.
My plan is to buy Flair Neo Flex and a good coffee grinder (probably Flair the Royal Cofee Grinder) as a start. It is cheap, but I can try how it goes, - my understanding is that it is modular so I can upgrade later or switch to Flair Classic or Flair 58 when I figure it out.
At home I have Nespresso machine, that can steam milk, so I expect to use that as a steamer to make milk-based cofee, at least at start. I also have a normal electronic kettle, nothing else.
The plan is to start with pressurized portafilter at start (comes with Neo) and switch to bottomless when I get used to it.
Is this a good plan and what extras do I need to buy? I'm asking as I know very little of the stuff and want to learn. I am afraid to make a bad decision and buy stuff that does not achive the goal I set myself
