About the Role
We're reskinning and customizing our ViciDial call center platform to integrate seamlessly with our Laravel-based intake and CRM systems. You'll rebuild agent interfaces, optimize campaign logic, and build APIs connecting ViciDial to our proprietary marketing stack.
What You'll Build
- Reskin ViciDial agent interface with custom UI/UX
- Laravel APIs syncing call logs, dispositions & recordings
- Campaign workflow optimization for auto-dialers & lead routing
- Database architecture for call attribution tracking
- Third-party integrations (Twilio, Convoso, enrichment APIs)
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years Laravel (Eloquent, Blade, queues, APIs)
- Strong PHP fundamentals (OOP, MVC, security)
- MySQL/MariaDB expertise
- Linux/Apache/LAMP stack experience
- Git/GitHub workflow
- RESTful API design
Massive Bonus: ViciDial/Asterisk/VoIP experience, call center software background, or frontend skills (Vue.js/React)
