Cannot react/reply/create an issue in Throne repo

I cannot create an issue, or react in any way, or reply, the page just automatically reloads itself. This happens only for me in this particular repo (below). The support wasn't helpful at all, they just told me to buy a paid subscription so they can help me, but I cannot do that as they don't support MIR cards in their payment methods. Basically, 0/10 for the assistance.
