Hi @sprhjd, Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. If your transcript isn't in English, translate it and submit a photo of it along with the original. The automated system is unable to correctly read languages that don't use the Latin alphabet. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated. If the photo is blurry, try again until it looks good as also indicated in the Student Developer Pack Application FAQs:
Documents that prove your current student status include a picture of your school ID with current enrollment date, class schedule, transcript, and affiliation or enrollment verification letter. For further reference, take a look at this discussion, as this user solved it by doing this: #164204 If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select " |

Hi everyone,
Hello, I'm a student living in Korea. I'm attending middle school. I received my transcript from a government agency and uploaded a photo. Even though both the school name and my name are listed, my application was rejected because it said "no school name." I'd appreciate any help.
