Well, I'm not sure if you're mostly trying to show the tool or seeking feetback, but I thought it may be useful to share a few thoughts.

The project looks interesting, but I had trouble understanding a few design decisions:

• Why use a custom .hhj extension instead of .yaml or .yml? Since the file content is standard YAML, the custom extension feels unexpected and I wasn’t sure what benefit it provides.

• Why choose HHJ over existing approaches like GitHub Actions, Makefiles, or a simple Bash/PowerShell setup script? The README explains what HHJ does, but not why someone would pick it over tools that serve a similar purpose. A comparison section or use-case examples could help clarify its niche.

This isn't criticism for the sake of it, the idea looks promising and likely has a real use case. I just think explaining intent and differentiators more clearly could help adoption.
