[Feature Request] Add once for Deferred component

Every time I partially reload the deferred data then the Deferred component always calling/triggering the fallback, it's so annoying. Please add "once" prop for calling/triggering the fallback once or fix it, if it is a bug or something.

In back-end:

'data' => Inertia::defer(fn() => User::all()),

In front-end:

const handleRefreshData = () => {
    router.reload({ only: ['data'] })
}

<Deferred data='data' fallback={<SpinnerLoading />}>
    <DataTable columns={columns} data={data} />
</Deferred>

But if I use WhenVisible component to Inertia::defer() then it is showing the loading fallback once.
