fix 1.8.9 crash on macOS, add content browser

hey i fucking love your launcher, i ve been using vortex minecraft launcher, same approach, very lightweight, and that downloaded everything from the folder it was run, could you add some sort of protable mode. PLEASEEEE :(

wow, that would be amazing, thanks a lot bro. also maybe an option to save java launch string as one command and a way to hide the terminal

hi, portable mode has been added. It will be released in the next update. Create a qldir.txt file next to the executable to activate it (in the experimental version, or when it releases)

also, the terminal is now hidden by default as of version 0.4

i'll get around to adding java launch string saving later.

oh thanks that is just amazing, I think for me the only thing missing are better mod/texture/world browser and a fix for java 8 version for example for 1.8.9 Minecraft on macOS it crashes for me

this download is for M-series macs, let me know if you have an intel mac instead

this is where that weird bug happens where the music is playing but no Minecraft is open, forge just doesn't start

Can you try adding -Xint to java arguments (in Edit tab) and see if it works

This flag might reduce fps but there's a chance it can fix the issue as a temporary workaround
