How do iI cut a hole through tile and hardibacker board to access the fireplace hole?

My contractor has tiled and hardibacked over the fireplace key hole. I was out of the country when that happened. But I have pictures. I dont know what to do. Please can someone help me . I have located the fireplace gas hole but there is tile and hardibacker on top of it and. I want to see what options inhaveI have to cut a newtnew hole around it. I have pictures.
